These Terms of Use govern your use of the FOX13 Weather App and the website at fox23memphis.com (the “Services”), provided by Standard Media Group LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Use of the Services

You may use the Services for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse them, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use them in violation of any law.

2. Weather information

Forecasts, radar and alerts are provided for general information and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on the Services as your only source of safety information. Follow instructions from official authorities during severe weather.

3. Location and notifications

Some features use your device’s location and send push notifications. You can change these permissions in your device settings, though some features may then work less well.

4. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, text, graphics, logos and data, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or distribute any part of the Services without permission.
